All customer information is used strictly for the purpose intended as per agreement. Customer data — including but not limited to NPI, PII, etc. — is safeguarded through adequate controls and security measures such as usernames and passwords shared between Saaitec and its clients.
Saaitec may collect information such as name, email, shipping address, and financial information (credit card number, expiration date, etc.) through an online order form. This information is used for billing and order fulfillment. If there is an issue processing an order, the information is used to contact the customer.
